I have not been able to purchase ANYTHING with my Quest 3 since 12-23-2024--the date I first submitted a support ticket regarding on the problem. Technically, the issue dates back to a prior support ticket submitted 10-26-2024, however, after waiting for 3+ weeks, you guys managed to finally fix this problem...until the exact same error/problem reappeared in mid-December 2024!
The problem STILL IS NOT FIXED. Please review the foregoing synopsis (username/identifying info has been edited to use placeholders re: privacy) and explain to me how, exactly, you consider this to be reasonable support/help:
I am at my wits end!
