Can’t purchase

For 5 days now Ive been waiting for an answer as to why I can’t purchase anything. 
im getting no explanation. Im just being told thats it’s been escalated and under investigation. I have no idea why. 
I haven’t been able to play. So, while waiting for an answer I bought 300 dollars worth of gift cards. I put them on my account and guess what ? I can’t use that either.

does anyone know why this is happening?

they are explaining nothing.

Have this issue with this notification:

and can't add any payment method accept PayPal.

Hey there, @delta90h, we understand how exciting it is buying new games on Quest! Although, there seems to be a problem with you successfully adding a a new payment method. Here we have a few troubleshooting steps you can try out: 

 

  1. Try to add a payment method to the account from the Meta Quest mobile app
    1. If not successful via the App, try by logging into the Meta account website and navigating to Other Settings > Payment Methods.
    2. If not successful, try using a different browser.
       
  2. Try adding the payment method from another completely different device(another computer, phone, or tablet.)
     
  3. Try adding the payment method from within virtual reality by using the headset.
     
  4. Try adding the payment method while connected to a different network (another Wi-Fi network or a cellular data connection on a phone, if available).
    • Some non-residential networks may cause this issue. (for example, business, public, government, military, etc.)
    • Certain network security settings may cause this issue, even on residential networks for example, antivirus, firewall, proxy, router-specific settings).

Hello MetaQuestSupport, yesterday I wanted to purchase a game that is 17+. It asked me to get permission of a parent. After that I sent a request to my parent and I asked them if they got a notification from the app. They said no. And after they said no, we tried to buy the game in their phone but it said “please request permission to a parent or guardian”. We were confused because we were using the parent’s phone. After that, they disabled parental controls and when we tried to buy it again. But again, it told us to “please request permission to a parent”. Please MetaQuestSupport help me with this issue.

I am having the same issue please help me.
