Previously if i restarted the runtime sevice etc and rebooted a million times it would work.
I have uninstalled/reinstalled oculus about 5 times now. almost 8Gb each time.. Tried the repair tool it either doesnt work or just makes me redownload the app again Removed all traces of the oculus app. Tried some kind of patch app released back in march 2018 no luck.
I feel like evrytime i try and play VR i spend 15 minutes trying to get it to work.
update, by first opening the app. then closing it and klling it in task manager and then browsing to "C:\Program Files\Oculus\Support\oculus-runtime" and run OVRServer_x64.exe and running that then opening the app it works....
Seems to be a known issue does it affect everyone or just some?
