I like making videos on people who are creeps on vrchat but whenever I try record either in vrchat or party it disables audio from those apps and microphone use.

Hey @SmallDvrkOne! Thank you for sharing your recent experience with your Quest device audio issues. We're sorry this has been an ongoing issue for you and would love to get this resolved. With that being said, please try the following troubleshooting steps if you haven't already:
Make sure the microphone is clean and not obstructed (On Quest 2, the microphone is 2 pinholes located a few inches apart one on either side of the nose. On Quest 3 the microphones are built into the front plate and the center camera. There is one on top of the center camera and one on either side just below the center camera.
We've seen these steps help people out in the past with the same issue you're having. We're hoping that they will do the same for you.

Microphone has no link besides it not inputting on recording. Any audio and input gets disabled on recording but works fine when not recording due to a recent update on party services and vrchat.
