Solved: Can't redeem Friend refferal code for 25% off

Hi, so I just got my quest 2 recently and wanted to buy blade and scorchey and beat saber. So I asked my friend to send me a refferal code link to get 25% off and I clicked on it and all it does is show this

I clicked on it and it still doesn't work I even tried putting in the promo code FRIEND and it still didn't work. Please help I want my 25% off
