I decided not to use our headsets for our business and deleted the account but the headsets are asking for work emails. I was able to cancel the deletion and now want to delete the devices
if I delete the devices will I be able to use them for consumer use

Not to worry, we want to start with the troubleshooting of a factory reset. Before doing this, we suggest making sure your cloud backup is on.
