Can't remove headset from deleted business account Question

I decided not to use our headsets for our business and deleted the account but the headsets are asking for work emails. I was able to cancel the deletion and now want to delete the devices

if I delete the devices will I be able to use them for consumer use

Not to worry, we want to start with the troubleshooting of a factory reset. Before doing this, we suggest making sure your cloud backup is on. To do so, you can click here and get instructions on how to do this. After checking that out, click here for steps on how to do a factory reset. If this does not resolve your issue, reach back out.
