Can't setup Meta Quest Link(urgent)!!!

Hello everyone!!

I've been trying to setup Meta Quest Link on windows 10 but when I press the blue login button I get "Continue in Your Browser To confirm your login, please switch to your default web browser now. The confirmation process may take a few seconds to complete." and then I get directed to https://auth.meta.com/language/ 

as you know this page is to change your accounts language. I don't even know if this situation is normal and even if I change the language nothing happens... I can't log into Meta Quest Link PLEASE HELP!!!!

The Meta Quest Link app sends you to a language selection screen as part of the initial setup and authentication process for the headset. This is a standard procedure to ensure the user interface and other content are displayed in their preferred language. After selecting the language, you'll then be prompted to pair your headset with your mobile app and complete the authentication process. 

What browser are you using? Maybe there is a setting that is blocking you from continuing after selecting the language?

One thing you might want to try (just because it is easier than trying to figure out the setting that is off). Pick a different browser and set it to default. Then try to setup the Meta Quest Link again.

Here is my suggestion of steps.

1. uninstall the Meta Quest Link app
2. install a new browser that you don't have (FireFox, Chrome etc)
3. launch the new browser and set it as your default browser (don't worry you can change it back to your preferred browser once this is done)
4. restart your computer
5. install the Meta Quest app
6. go through the setup steps
