The video cannot be played so I cannot proceed with the set up. I had the Headset set up before but I had to factory reset it cause of a replacement controller wouldn’t connect.

@alrawstarr unfortunately, there's no option to use older versions of older meta IOS apps, so you're going to have to borrow somebody with an android phone or tablet to get the headset set up.

That’s wild lol. I ordered a used Amazon android phone Nokia C2 2E Android 11 Go edition? That should be able to use the older version of the app right? I’ve been using iOS all these years not too familiar with android anymore lol
@alrawstarr it should be okay. You may have to find an older version of the android app for your phone, but once it's working on the phone, you'll be good to go.
One thing to note, the old android app will want to update to the latest version and will give you the choice to update or continue. The continue option may be barely visible at the bottom of the screen.
