just recently got my quest 3 but I can’t redeem the 6 month free trial of meta Quest +.
Going to settings on my app and getting to the right page is fine. It’s only when I tap on “start 1 month trail”, it takes me to a blank page that says “unable to load. Please try again later” in App
what’s going on? Please help.

I have the same issue when I try to start 6 month trial from mobile app. However, when I initiate it from the headset it redirects me to the mobile app payment page and tries to charge me 69.99 EUR which is not ok, since I should be charged after trial ends.

Hi guys.
you’ve said it’s because no headsets are link but both my oculus rift from 2016 as well as a quest 2 are in my account.
this error page is what I get as attached in screenshot.

No seriously, I have tried all day to get this free trial and I'm getting to the point of selling the device. They have everything price locked for games in this device and it's not okay. We should be able to get the free trial. I will likely return or sell the device for cheap if it's not going to allow me free trials it promotes when I only bought the 512 model for the free perks. Im about to say **bleep** the company making these products, and leave horrendous reviews of every website they're located on if I can't get it resolved before the weekend ends.

I’m not getting anywhere with support through email which is the only option I get to even get in touch at all. No ones responding to my emails and I desperately need help.
im being told I could use WhatsApp, email and live chat but only get the option to email. Emails which are not being answered.
what should I do? Please help. how do I do live chat for example? any help greatly appreciated.

Hi, i have similar problem with support. My first quest 3 had dead pixel so they changed but second have same problem and they start ignoring me till monday. Probably wait to friday and i will return device.
