Can't use my headset because of Parental Controls

I have no idea what is going on, but the apps are not opening since today because I need some parental authorization, I'm 32, and can't use my own quest because of this.

I'm having the exact same issue. I put on my quest3, and unable to launch any app as it says its 12+. I am 43yrs old, and sole account on the headset.
