Can't use oculus quest after you needed to change your quest account to meta

So I got my quest a few years ago and I hadn't written down my passport for my oculus account and now I can't use my oculus quest because I need to log in to my account (I get this message that I should go to www.meta.com/device and log in to my account but if I go to that website, type in my email and say that I forgot my password it says that I should have gotten an email from them but I never got one. I checked spam and everywhere and even after weeks and multiple attempts I never got one. When I said that that email doesn't work it told me to make a photo of some official document so they could prove it was me but that never worked either and I never got an email. And I now I've created a new account (with a new email) but I can't connect that one with my quest (when I go to the app and say connect to device it tells me that there should be a code shown but there's none). I can't log out of my account on my quest I can't say that I want to share all my apps and games with other accounts on that device so even if I could get my new account to connect to my quest I would loose more than 100$ worth of games and I can't find a solution anywhere. Is there ANY way to use my quest again? I really don't know what to do anymore.
