I have a prepaid visa gift card. I tried loading the card to my account and it would not let me. I do not have pay pal. I just want to use my gift card. Any suggestions? I am new to this system.

That's something you need to look over with your card's settings. If you cannot add a billing address on the gift card website, then we suggest trying a different payment method if you're able. Hello, I too am having the same issue, i am not able to buy a game with my visa gift card. I have registered the card with my address and everything and still wont work.
Hey there @FireMeow52! We see you are having concerns about adding a gift card as a payment method. Currently we don't accept all gift cards unless they are linked to your correct billing address. Can you let us know how you were able registered the prepaid card to add the address? Also, below we listed the types of payment method, the card requirements, and card restrictions.
The supported payment methods for the U.S.A are:
Visa
American Express (AMEX)
Mastercard
PayPal
There is no list of working/non-working cards for other regions, however, all regions must follow the below rules:
The card must be associated with a billing address
The card must be able to have funds added/reloaded to it.
E-cards and virtual Mastercards should work, but most Gift cards do not have this option
There cannot be purchasing restrictions placed on the card
The network cannot have any purchase restrictions to prevent online payments
Postal codes that do not follow the correct format will result in “invalid postal code”

I'm also having this problem. All I want to do is buy a game but everything i try it does not work. I even tried to buy an actual meta quest gift card but even that declined. I tried to go to support but it said I was not authorized to access that page. I am very frustrated that it won't allow me to spend my money even after how much money I spent on buying the actual oculus. I even purchased things on other websites with the exact same information and that worked. I am tired of this you guys need to fix this and the ticket support.

same issue and metas stale ass "enter your billing info" ok assholes its a gift card there is no **bleep**ing billing address options so stuff that up your ass and fix this **bleep**. kinda pathetic i can use one to buy my kid **bleep** on roblox but **bleep**ing meta cant get their **bleep** together????
No need to get hostile. Our current supported payment methods require your card to have an associated billing address. That makes those Visa "Gift Cards" unusable in our store. Thankfully, we do have gift cards that are easily accessible, can be purchased through our authorized retailers and directly from our own store here.
