We have noticed that you want to cancel a refund for Blade & Sorcery. Currently, once you make a refund request, it cannot be canceled. If the game was approved for a refund, you should receive the money using the same payment method within 5-7 business days. You will need to re-purchase the game if you would like it back. If the request is rejected, you will get the game back as is. If you would like to check your refund status, here is an article that shows you where to look for the status.

yes but on the app all it says is refund requested its been a day and nothing has changed do i just wait?

Yes, @Jaxkk, when requesting a refund it takes 5-7 business days to review, verify and process refund requests. If your refund is approved, we’ll credit your original payment method. Let us know if you have any other questions!

im still waiting it is kind of getting annoying it should not take this long to refund a game i had 0 hours on kind of disapointing
