im working for a company and we got 4 Meta Quests 2 we wanted to use for an event. We have not used the VRs since beginning 2023 and when setting everything up it wanted me to go to meta.com/device to put a 8 digit code in.
Unfortunately, the people that set up the account, do not work here anymore and I cannot get into the account because they set the 2-step authorization and I have no idea what app and how they did that. Is there any way to get inti the account by just knowing password and e-mail account?
If not is there any way to contect someone from Meta? Because I am in Germany and very desperate right now because we cannot get into the account.
