Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?

This has been going on for a long time. Don’t believe them. There’s no fix. Not one person on any help forums that I have seen said they had this resolved. They just keep telling you they are escalating the issue until you just give up! We’re dealing with scamming crooks!!

So the quick way I found around this issue isn't a fix at all its actually dumb we have to do work arounds to fix their prb after just dropping $500+ for their product. So the way I found was to make another account on the phone and to the headset then the new account was able to purchase apps can gift to your other

Although that may work - I'm not willing to do that as I have paid enough for the device and the apps / games currently. Why should I or anyone have to find a work around for such a large company.
The main issue is that the customer service is extremely poor and they don't seem to have any urgency in finding a solution to what is clearly an issue within there system.

Yeah, I actually just tried what @Cjuvinall suggested. Weirdly enough, I got a "Request cannot be completed. We will let you know once this has been resolved" error message on a brand new email account and Meta account. Wonder if the store is experiencing global issues? Would be nice for Meta to respond or update all of us.
*Currently on Day 8 of no resolution 😞

That sucks it didn't work for you that was the only way around it that I found and btw going out and wasting money and buying a gift card and trying to use that yeah nope that didn't work either

I completely agree it's outrageous that we should have to find a work around, its not like it just released and their working the bugs out. There's absolutely no reason for it and also the customer support or lack of I should say
