Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?

Don't beleive so, but than again no-one does since Meta is kept very quiet about the root cause. I bought mine brand new off Amazon and it seems it has to do with the accounts/payments that are registered.

Did any of you add a second payment method just before the issue started?
I did and thought perhaps that caused the problem, at first I only had paypal method and had no issues with paying, then added another method using my card without paypal and since that I have had this problem
I have deleted the second payment method but that has not fixed the problem

I had only my card on there. Added second after first one stopped working and got same message.
Only thing I did was trying to buy games one after another, and maybe that triggered it.

NO. I had an account from my Quest 1 so that wasn't new. I added 1 payment and it gave me that error, so I added paypal and it errored the same.
Meta has not responded to my help request, it's ridiculous.

Same issue, I bought Quest 3, Bought one game, Subscribed to meta plus and then suddenly I have this error. Been 14 days, Multiple support request and I'm still having this issue.
PLEASE HELP, I currently have four emails out to the support team and not one response.

I've also had mine about 8 days. The first one I had had a fault with the power light so I sent it back to amazon (no issues) got a new one the next day as a replacement. Got to hand it to Amazon they solve problems. OK might not be digital issues but you can pick up the phone and talk to a human being. I'm sorry Meta you stink. Just sort this problem out. Surely it can't be hard.

All while I see reports Zuckerberg saying meta is better the apple vision 🤣🤣 they might finally solve the prb when they see the q report and wonder y app sales are down
