Cannot Make Purchases. "Request cannot be completed until further actions"

Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?

I am very pleased to advise that my issue has been resolved and I can get full usage from my Meta Quest 3

I'm having the same issue. I cannot buy anything from the store. I tried 5 payment methods, none of them worked. I also bought a $50 gift card to purchase it, but it didn't work. I need help.@MetaQuestSupport

same problem here, bought the headset like 5 days ago, all i did was redeem a gift card and buy 3 games in a short period of time. waiting for customer support to respond

there is no chat option it just shows me articles on how to fix problems that i DONT have  @MetaQuestSupport is there a way to speak to an actual human being?
