Cannot Make Purchases. "Request cannot be completed until further actions"

Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?

I can't buy any games on any form of oculus store, browser, oculus desktop and mobile app, even in game store. Is anyone else having this problem, I need help to find a solution to fix this

*I WAS ABLE TO FIX THIS* I changed my email address on my meta account and logged out of everything. Afterwards I was able to buy stuff. I hope this helps.

I am now also having this issue. I have contacted support and they claim there is no issue with my account and have no idea what is causing it. Typical support, claiming it's the first time this issue has ever happened.

I've been having this problem for a few days now and sent a private message. I hope this problem is resolved soon because I really need to launch the programs.

Strangely I could not buy Rift games in Windows (latest updates, latest chrome, correct account, correct PIN etc), but I could switch from Quest to Rift in the Mobile app, buy the game I wanted with no issue, then switch back to Quest on the app then download it on the PC.
