Cannot Make Purchases. "Request cannot be completed until further actions"

Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?

Probably best to contact meta support, maybe using the chat option.  Go to the Get Help section for info on how to do this.

I'm having this issue, too. Was support able to fix it? Or give you a work around? I was able to purchase games yesterday just fine, and I even purchased games earlier today. But now, all of the sudden, I get that same error message. I've contacted support and they just escalated my case with no time window on when they will contact me again. I literally just bought my Oculus yesterday, this is a pain, I just want to give them my money lol.

I purchased my Meta quest 3 on Thursday and by Friday when trying to purchase more apps etc I get this message after approving in banking app.

I've had 3 online chats and all I get is we will pass this to a special team and they will get back to you.

This is really poor customer service, considering how much we spend

I've been waiting 2 weeks for a response. They escalated it and never heard anything back. I won't play anything till this is fixed as all my game subscriptions have now cancled
