Basically when i wanted to make a purchase, I couldn't, and this message kept popping up saying "Request Cannot be Completed until Further Actions." Probably because I entered my pin incorrectly like once or twice. But Now i can't buy games on my account. Is there any issue to resolve this?

Another email basic from Meta store support today advising me that the case is with "the next level support"
It then try's to explain why I cant add a payment method. THAT IS NOT THE ISSUE!!!!!!
This is getting beyond a joke now
@MetaQuestSupport Sort out your customer service and just get this issue sorted

Day 15, On agent 8, my ticket has apparently been escalated for the 8th+ time.
Same generic response I get everytime after two days "
You can rest assured that our team is working on this and once we have an update from them, we will revert back to you immediately as soon as possible.
In the meantime, if you have any other concern please don't hesitate to reach out to us. "

This isn't even proper grammar. Comcast also gives the "You can rest assured" line. I've noticed that any customer service that tells me how to feel about their awful service is, in fact, awful.

Hello, So I've been experiencing this issue for over 15 days, I've noticed multiple people with the same issue.
I'm unable to purchase anything on the meta store. Ive tried multiple different cards, PayPal accounts and so forth and it says I need to file an appeal. This is a brand new quest 3, New account and happened on the first day of use.
I was able to buy beat sabre, a dlc for beat sabre and walkabout golf, Then signed up for meta + and went to purchase another application and got this error.
Support has no clue on the issue, can't seem to find anything saying I need to appeal and I'm stuck in limbo.
Every 2 days I get a update to my case saying it's been escalated to another agent and to wait further actions.
This has gone on for 15+ days, 8 different support agents, 8 + escalations.
I've also messaged 4 different support accounts on this forum that have reached out and told me to private message them, then they proceed to responding and the messages go cold.
At this point I've requested a refund on all my purchases on the meta account since my account seems stuck in this limbo.

I look forward to my email. It'll be a shame when it's fixed and I don't receive some BS that it's been handed to someone else to sort out because they haven't got the intelligence to solve this problem. Are Meta employing 6 year olds. If not maybe they should start .

All on the same email support, Honestly the responses even flag my colleges AI checker, wouldn't be surprised if we are all just talking to AI generated support agents at this point which would explain the lack of solution between all the different agents and escalations.

Tried to just purchase something using my desktop PC, same error. This needs to be fixed or I'll need to return it.
