We purchased a Meta Quest 3 on 03/07/25 that advertised a 3-month trial promotion of Meta Quest+. We have successfully set up the headset and connected it to the META account, but have not received any notifications to begin this Meta+ trial in the VR headset, mobile app, or email. When we visit the Meta Quest+ tab in the mobile app, the only available options are paid. The promotions tab of the mobile app shows nothing. Please help us redeem this promotion.
