Recently my 10 year old daughter used my oculus quest 2 and somehow typed in her age in some menu. This immediately prompted meta to disable my account as it was supposedly being used by a minor. The problem is that I now cannot login to my meta or facebook account with this email address, which is 20 years old and for which I no longer even have access to.
Now I cannot even logout the quest 2, cannot access any games I had save on that account, so it is a brick.
As anyone ever experienced this? Can anyone assist me with recovering the account and the games?... Thanks in advance for any help you could provide.
