Been trying to buy games on the Quest 3, can't add payment method at all. Idk what to do it's driving me nuts and have a ticket and contacted my Better Business Bureau to see if they can aid me for any help. Highly doubt they can but If anyone knows SOMETHING can you guys share anything PLEASE? I'm literally about to cry at this point I'm beyond stressed. Is there something wrong with the servers? What's going on? Someone look into this please. Never had issues before we had the Quest 3. Literally. I noticed it's not just me. But everyone else is pissed too. Holidays and Christmas is coming out and we would love to snag those discounts! Come on Meta work with us! :'( Don't remove my post please. I'm keeping it up until someone recognizes this and finds a gdam solution! Sorry for being frustrated but we should be able to send you guys money. Any kind of payment method. I'm tired of the empathy from support. And the "specialists" aren't doing their jobs. Fix this please. I'll be showing my BBB every single post on here otherwise. I know your trying your best. Which is understandable. But you guys need to hire specialists that know what their doing! And please if someone requests a **bleep** phone call. You should be able to call them back! And not leave them hanging! I scheduled a phone call a few days ago and no one got back to me at all. Shows the communication is lacking. I wish I had the money to buy Oculus out and make it better. 😡 At least when I'm with Microsoft or Nintendo or Sony they instantly correct my problem and not make me wait 3 months later! 😡 DONT CLOSE THIS POST. IT NEEDS TO BE RECOGNIZED! 😭 We're all customers here. If I ran a business and behaved this way I would get shut down. Plus Meta you guys are putting devs at risk for game development too. It's hurting them more than us! 😞 I hope Ubisoft also ports Assassin's Creed Nexus to PC because if they do and Meta doesn't do anything to improve their support I'm done. Wanted to buy some VR titles for the Holidays too. Sheesh. Sorry for the venting but help us in need! Don't feel sorry for us. :'( Do your jobs! :'( Sorry if that sounded aggressive but all this over purchases. Geeze. 😮💨
