Here at Meta Support, we're focused and dedicated towards assisting with Meta's VR and AR products, and Meta (previously Oculus) accounts. We have very limited tools for doing anything with Facebook/Instagram accounts, for issues like this you'll want to visit the Instagram Help Center. Hopefully this helps!
