The email for my Oculus account was deleted by the server. I was able to change the email in my Facebook account and the code was sent to my new email with no problem.
In my Oculus account I entered the new email, then clicked "save." The message appears:

I've been trying to contact you for the last hour regarding the same issue. You need to make it more clear on how I'm able to contact you. There is no where on the screen I'm able to send you a private message. I followed your very undescriptive directions to try and I've got nothing. I am just trying to change the email on my account because I don't have access to the original email I used to create it. It seems you've made it as difficult as possible to try and get into contact with you. Do not copy and paste the post I just replied to and tell me to do the same thing. There is nowhere I see to privately message you.

When logged into your community account, click on our name, then View Profile at the bottom to open up our user profile. Alternatively, you can click this link here!
On our page, you should be able to see a big blue button on the right side that should say "Send a Message".

It seems like you're having an issue with changing the email address associated with your Meta account. Let's see what we can do!
You should be able to change your email address from your desktop by following these steps:
1. Log in to Accounts Centre using your Meta account information.
2. Click Personal details on the left.
3. Click Contact info.
4. Click Add new contact, then select Add email address.
5. Enter your email address, then select the accounts you want to add this email to. Click Next.
6. Enter the confirmation code we sent to your email, then click Next.
7. Click Close.

Hello, my name is Ross I am on my sister’s oculus account to see if I can change mine, but I don’t have my previous email anymore with me so whenever it sends the confirmation code to that email, I can’t do anything so I can’t change my password or anything is there a way I can get around it since I am a kid, I did get permission from my mom I just really wanna play again because I have a lot of stuff in my favorite game called gorilla tag and heaps and etc. so I just really wanna be able to play my oculus again. I can’t play with my friends. I met a friend on VR two years ago and I’m not able to talk to him for a while. I have been till December 13. Hope you get this message
