I work in Marketing so manage different social media accounts - anyway, it appears my facebook birthday on my personal profile has taken on the birthday of the business account I run. It is now saying I am 109 years old. I have tried to change my birthday through facebook and have even submitted a picture of my passport, however after I submit the info I get the same thing every time 'there is a limit to how many times you can change your date of birth. Please contact us in order to request a date of birth change.'
I have scoured the internet to find where to contact someone at Facebook or Meta and I cannot find a single thing. Please can you help me change this back to my regular birthday or point me to where on earth I can contact someone. Thanks.
