Cannot click on almost anything Quest 3

Hello,

I've already spoken with 2 separate agents, neither of whom were able to help me.

Just to let you know, I no longer have the original block and charging cord that came with my quest, so I won't be able to do the sideload option.

Troubleshooting: I've factory reset my quest at least 3 times during this issue, as well as having done multiple hard resets and unpairing/re-pairing the controllers. I've made sure my controllers have brand new batteries. The most recent step i did for this was unpair my controllers, then factory reset my headset, then go through all of the intro tutorials.

Here's the problem:

Once my quest 3 loads up to the universal menu, I cannot click on any of the shortcuts at the bottom right or left of the screen, which includes settings, and my profile.

I can click into the search bar at the top of the screen, but when the keyboard comes up, I cannot click on any key, except the back button that takes the keyboard away. I can click on apps that are on the main menu, like YouTube, or install a free game that happens to be on the screen, and I can hold down click and scroll down the menu.

But as I said earlier, I can't click on any shortcuts, so I cannot go into my library or the store to install or open any of my other games.

My controllers and headset are at full charge, but today is the first day in a few months that I've tried using it. 

Also, as the intro tutorials were playing, I was able to use the controllers perfectly, including using the keyboard that popped up to input my wifi password. The issue only starts after the quest 3 updates and goes into the main menu.

Please help!
