I received an oculus go as a gift and while trying to set it up I get all the way to the health and safety video and the video will not play and I can't just click past it. I am unable to go any further. How do I fix this? I have tried resetting the headset and reinstalling the app multiple times.

We recommend that you try to hard-reboot the headset by holding down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot-up sound.
If the boot-up sound is not heard; hold the power and volume (-) button down simultaneously until the boot screen loads on your headset, and use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight "Boot Device" and press the power button, and finally, use the volume buttons on your headset to highlight Yes and press the power button.
Try to set up your headset again from here, however, please feel free to reach out to us privately if the problem persists, and we can look into this with you further!
