I tried to connect my meta quest 3S with the wifi but it fails to show the captive portal login. And when I want to reach out the customer support and enter the serial number, they said they cannot find the serial number. What I can do to get customer support?

Just for further clarification into your situation could I ask you to please answer the following questions:
Can you tell me what geographic region you're in? - Asia, North America, Europe, etc.
What kind of WiFi router do you have and what version of firmware is it running?
Are you trying to use a specific WiFi network that only operates on the 6GHz frequency band?
How far away from your WiFi access point is your headset?
Is it in the same room or a different room?
Have you seen any error messages when trying to connect to the WiFi network?
That will be a massive help in allowing us to be able to pin point the potential cause of your particular issue.
