Hello, I'm trying to create a Meta for Developers account using the browser and PC that I always use to log into instagram and threads, but I keep getting this error when I input the code sent to my email:

This has been happening for over a week, how long do I have to wait before I'm able to create an account?

Thank you for your patience - when you're creating a new Meta for Developers account, are you signing up with a Facebook account, and have you already made a Facebook account, or is this a new Facebook account?

Hi thank you, I am signing up with an existing Facebook account that I have had for a while, and have recently been using for both Instagram and Threads in a personal capacity.
Thanks for confirming that! Please could you also confirm if you have tried setting up an Developer account using a Meta account which isn't linked to a Facebook account?
