I previously was able to create a child account successfully. Child has been using the system successfully for several months.
But when I now try to add a teen account I get an error every time I click 'Create Link' - I get "Something went wrong. Try again later". I tried periodically again and again and same issue.
So i tried setting up a child account just to see if there would be a similar error - that sent me the code to log in and then it said I am not eligible to set up a child account. Any idea why this would be when I have had not difficulties setting this up before?
