It keeps saying invalid date of birth for my child’s account. We have an existing account and I was told that if I don’t finish updating the information for the account by 3-27-24 it will be unusable. There’s nothing I can do. Please advise.
Hi Matt, could you please include additional information in regards to this problem, things such as:
Is the child's age below the age of 10? If so, the child is not be permitted to use the VR headset and suspensions of accounts are not uncommon for those situations.
Have you attempted to update the information on another device/browser?
She is 10 but it will not accept any birthdate I enter, even my own. I’ve tried this on my phone (in the app) and on a computer using two different chromium-based browsers (Firefox and chrome).
