When I attempt to create an account for my child (10 y/o), I keep having the same issue that a code is emailed to the account. However, when I attempt to login to the account to validate it, I keep getting asked for the same code all over again. The prompt continues even when I try to login with a password.
How can I finish setting up my kid's account so that I can ensure that there are parental controls on her headset? At this point, I'm not sure I can let her keep using it if I cant put any restrictions on content or use time.
The walkthroughs that have been on the Meta "help" page have not addressed this at all. I've checked Google and Youtube, but it doesn't seem like anyone else is reporting this issue. I'm hoping the community can be more help than what I've got from meta thus far.
