I have 12 setup in my classroom
11 work .
12th right controller works
left controller - change batteries - take battery out for 1 minutes- but still does not work

We'd love to try and help you with this.
Sounds like your controller isn't turning on, is that right? Does the LED light on the left controller light up?

Yes it does now light up

That's good, then please try un-pairing and then re-pairing your left controller. You can find a guide for this here.
Let us know if that fixes the issue!

said it was is paired - but headset STILL does not recognize the left controller ?

So still no luck
I even opened a new box we have
and that one also the left hand controller will not synch
Plus when I use my phone it recognizes EVERY quest 2 in the room - 12 of them . So is the first one at the top the closest one it sees?

Please make sure that the plastic tabs have been removed from the new left controller.
Also check your phone's app store and make sure that the Meta Horizon app is up to date.
