Hi Everyone! My first post here. I cannot seem to get my confirmation code emails no matter how many times I try. I have used the same email since I setup my account back in 2018 and up until the last month or so its always worked. In the app some settings need a confirmation code(no problem I thought) but then the emails never show up. Its a comcast email and I checked the spam folder and nothing. It has been like this at least all december.
Tried to add a different email but that doesnt work as it requires entering the code it says it emailed to my original email. Comcast doesnt have any whitelist I can find and they also dont seem overly aggressive on potential spam so it seems like the emails arent actually getting sent or something is broken in my acct, it does show the correct address its sending to, but nothing arrives.
Any ideas as to how I can be able to get my codes? I tried adding my phone number as a 2FA but it wants an email code first...
Came to these forums with the exact same issue. Previously no problem with my account, but now I don't receive any confirmation codes to my email. And I'm sick of going in circles trying to raise an actual support ticket - it seems there is no function to do that for Meta accounts.
My two children's accounts both receive confirmation emails to their addresses, and I can trace on my hosting that Meta doesn't seem to be trying to send an email to my own address.
How the hell am I supposed to solve this?
