I'm trying to set up my kid's new Quest 3, but I cannot log into the Meta Horizons app with his account. It prompts me for his email address and when I provide the address, it spins indefinitely without anything further. I receive no further requests for information nor am I provided with any information.
I am able to log into his Meta account fine on the website (meta.com) so I have the correct email address (and I have the password, although I am not prompted for the password in the app). I have already deleted the app from his phone and reinstalled it and I have the same issue. I also have the same issue trying to log into his account from my phone so it is not limited to his phone. On my phone I can also log into my own account, so it is not a process issue--it is something with his account.
At this point he cannot use his new Quest 3 and it would be a shame to have to return it for an issue like this. Can someone please assist us in resolving this? Thank you.
