Cannot log into Meta Quest account

My 2FA is no longer working and I cannot do anything with my new Quest 3 as I cannot log into my account.

Someone please contact me to have it reset.

When support responds, the first thing they usually do is ask you to send them a private message:

You can move things along a bit and send it now, but you need to be logged in to some account in order to message them.

I did, emailed them too, still waiting over 2 days to have anything sorted...

The 2FA system is one of the worst I have seen, authenticator app not working and I don't have any recovery codes.

No option to send SMS or email with the code

It can be configured to send an SMS, maybe even an email. Mine was was set to sent text messages. Of course you need to be logged in to change any of it, so it doesn't really matter. I've had pretty good luck with @MetaQuestSupport. Sometimes it takes a bit of back and forth, but I would typically get a response within 24 hours.

Email support is brutally slow as well and also getting nowhere

No phone numbers either because ofc that would be too simple, looking at a €550 paper weight for the last 3 days.
