On March 6, 2025, I tried to log into my Facebook account with username REDACTED and, instead, I saw that my Instagram AND Facebook account was suspended, because of "another Instagram account" that doesn't follow your rules. That message displayed an Instagram username daisy906089 and photo I do not recognize and that have nothing to do with me. Ever since then, I have tried to follow account suspension appeal instructions and account recovery instructions, but appealing has required logging onto my Facebook/IG/Meta account which Meta has blocked. I occasionally received e-mail messages with account unlocking or password resetting instructions, but in every case I saw "user not found" or "temporarily blocked for going too fast" messages. Please help me out of this trap. I first joined Facebook about 18 years ago and connecting with my community is very, very important to me. I would be very happy to follow steps to verify my identity with Meta, but not being able to log in is preventing that or any other appeal actions. Please restore my Meta account access or respond to this message as soon as possible with steps I can take to resolve this issue.
