I just got an Meta headset this weekend. I want to purchase my first app which happens to be through an in-app purchase. Why is it so diffcult to make a payment. I've been trying to maker a purchase for over an hour. I added my credit card deatils after some intial diffculty getting it to add and trying variousa methods and searching.
Then going to the app I want and clicking to purchase the app, I get a message in the headset to go to Meta app on phone to finish. The app sometimes connects and say's to connect to my banking app to approve the order amount. I've approved the same order in my banking app about 3 times, the banking app acknowledges it's approved and can be closed. When I go back to Meta app, it's on the same page I left to go to the banking app and doesn't contintue the transaction or give any progress message. There is no list of the transaction on my bankioong app statement page.
I decided to add my Paypal to try that, order had to be approved by bank, but this is not even going to the approval section so far?
This is extremely frustrating, l had a short period of time I wanted to use the app and headset for that I have been unable to do. I never met a company that don't want money. This is a poor first impression and I hope this is not what I have to expect going forward with this company.
