Headset does not pair after factory reset

Hey @levi2311!  Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We definitely know how important it is to get your headset paired, and to continue to enjoy your VR experience, so we would be more than happy to help you with this issue.

We do have a few questions, just so we can better assist you with this:

 

  • Which headset is this for (e.g. Quest 1, Quest 2, Quest Pro)?
  • When was the last time you were able to pair your headset?
  • Is it prompting you with any error messages, if so what do they say?
  • What troubleshooting steps, if any, have you already attempted?

I already get a message but I cant anwser the e-mail.

It is a Quest 2, Sunday 10.09.2023 the headset last had contact. We have reset m to factory settings. Turned Bluetooth off and on and tried to pair it with a code. This code is not recognized. We have tried the steps indicated but without result.

Problem not solved 

Hey @levi2311. Thanks for getting back to us! We know how important it is to get up and running, so let's continue working together! If you haven't already done so, let's uninstall the mobile app. Once this is completed, we'll also want to make sure your mobile device does not have any pending software updates. If no new updates are found, let's power cycle your phone and reinstall the Meta Quest mobile app. After doing so, if any issues persist, please send us a PM to gather further device details privately. Until then, we look forward to hearing from you soon!

We try everything. Also uninstall app. Stil Cannot pair headset! 

please have mailcontact, and bring a solution…. On this platform to much the same reactions.
