It is a Quest 2, Sunday 10.09.2023 the headset last had contact. We have reset m to factory settings. Turned Bluetooth off and on and tried to pair it with a code. This code is not recognized. We have tried the steps indicated but without result.

Hey @levi2311. Thanks for getting back to us! We know how important it is to get up and running, so let's continue working together! If you haven't already done so, let's uninstall the mobile app. Once this is completed, we'll also want to make sure your mobile device does not have any pending software updates. If no new updates are found, let's power cycle your phone and reinstall the Meta Quest mobile app. After doing so, if any issues persist, please send us a PM to gather further device details privately. We try everything. Also uninstall app. Stil Cannot pair headset!
please have mailcontact, and bring a solution…. On this platform to much the same reactions.
