Cannot purchase anything, keep receiving error ‘request not completed’

I have owned my quest 2 since last august, now i cant buy anything. Keep getting errors that say ‘request not completed’ and I have contacted support about it 3 times and have gotten no response. I have seen other users on the forum with similar scenarios that haven't gotten any assistance either. I just want this issue fixed meta.
