Every time I try to purchase anything, the store says “Purchase not completed, due to security reasons the purchase was cancelled” I have contacted support and they said they couldn’t do anything.
I have tried everything, I want to use quest cash but I have still tried with card and same result, also this started after someone gifted me quest cash.
I have tried factory resetting same result.

To everyone that is following this topic, I just got it fixed, it seemed that the specialised store support team did it! The solution is: just wait. Don’t make large purchases every day, start small. Also be kind to the support team, they are here to help you!
Just ask for daily updates and they will get back to you!

Just wait? Don’t make large purchases? We should be able to buy whatever we want on Meta’s platform. However, this has happened to some after the purchase of 1-2 games. I wouldn’t consider that large purchases. Then there’s the fact that some users got the issue fixed then a couple weeks later the error occurring again and waiting some more. I can buy as many games as I want on any other console. That shouldn’t be an issue, but it is with Meta? The “Specialized Team” has made this experience truly frustrating for 5 weeks of them not helping in any way besides sending automated emails and making me repeat everything all over again and again to them.
