Hi, I turned on Two-factor authentication, but when I needed to log in to my account I could receive the email confirmation code but could not receive the 6-digit code from the SMS. So I created a new account to send this message. I tried many ways, but they did not work. Please help. @MetaQuestSupport

Just to provide another way for others, if you have the meta-horizon app and already logged in, you can delete your bound phone in the account center, it will turn off 2fa at the same time and only need email confirmation code. May it help.
