I'm trying to reply to a message from MetaQuest Support, and I get an error that I have sent too many private messages and to try again later. I have not sent any, other than the initial one to support. Any ideas on what to do? Trying to get a referral issue resolved. @metaquestsupport - is there a way to respond by email or other mechanism? Thank you!

Not only they screwed up everything with supervised accounts but now I cannot respond to metasupport!!!
This is mental!

I am having an issue telling me I cannot reply to my message due to reaching my limit- which is 1? Please let me know how I can respond as my issue is a simple birthday change needed on my account as it is my husbands account and we used my sons birthday not thinking there would be issues
cannot respond to email either as it gets bounced back- super frustrating just like this supervised account issue
