I'm trying to reply to a message from MetaQuest Support, and I get an error that I have sent too many private messages and to try again later. I have not sent any, other than the initial one to support. Any ideas on what to do? Trying to get a referral issue resolved. @metaquestsupport - is there a way to respond by email or other mechanism? Thank you!

Hey there, @Zmom1. Being able to send messages is pretty important, these issues usually resolve themselves within 24 hours, however you may also try using a different Wi-Fi or mobile network, and/or using a different device to follow up to any Direct Message conversations with us.
