Hello.
I am using a second account on the oculus. When we connect the headset as the primary account we see a prompt asking to allow data access and then once agreed we can transfer the files to the computer.
When I log in as the 2nd user where I have recorded videos, I never see the prompt to allow data access so cannot transfer my files to the computer.
What am I doing wrong?

Do you possibly know if or when the ability to transfer files on a 2nd account will be available?

this is incredible... i can't even download a picture from the browser on the secondary acocunt...

I can confirm that if you use a web site like onedrive or nextcloud to upload the files, you can transfer the files off that way via the meta quest browser.

Come ON meta! - the whole multiuser is a huge MESS. for my kids to use my games, they need to have my full login, and if that was not bad enough, you have crippled the mods for any games they like.
This fix has been requested for YEARS.

I really hoped the Quest 3 would fix some of these issues but a forewarning to people that the 3 is about as reliable as the 2. It's crazy how much money Meta makes and they do crazy **bleep** on user end. My 3 is Russian roulette with sleep mode. Sometimes it just stops working entieely and like the 2, Meta doesn't actually have any solutions except a factory reset. When it's not that, I have to do some in-between restart holding volume and power to get a boot screen to restart the device to fix app and game issues because the in menu restart is useless or something. What a poor excuse for a brand and product.
