Getting an error REQUEST CANNOT BE COMPLETED UNTIL FURTHER ACTION
My User name SA08111227
I have tried to touch with Support Team so many times and getting frustrated still not resolve this issue. I have spent lots of money on this Quest 3 and games. I still have over $100 in my account. I cannot use the credit card at this time per bank. I got compromised many times told not to use. So I have been buying gift cards and loading the code.
I would like to get this issue resolved as ASAP.. I have been reading the forum and lots of players has this issues. Has anyone not fix this issue? I have never had issues with Nintendo, PlayStation or PC games issue has not been resolved. I am so shocked that there is no phone number to call and get this issue resolved.
How do you expect players to tell friends or family to buy the games or devices from META when you all cannot even fix these issues?
If I have to Rate META Will be rating as Double ZERO.

I had this issue for around 16 days, You need to write meta support and get a email support chain going.
Just keep on them, took over 16 days and multiple escalation. They did end up fixing it + gave me a little something for the hastle. I was at my end trying to get this resolved and they finally fixed it
