Cant Connect to PC

I have been trying for two days to connect my Q2 to my PC. I got it to work on my fathers account but when i switch to my account the notification to allow access disappears. I don't get it, my mobile app wont connect either. I tried switching settings on the headset and on my phone, but it isn't working. I reset both my PC and headset. Nothing, I do have the right cable and the right software. I don't understand why it works for one account on the headset and not the other, because I don't want to play the game in my fathers account.

maybe pc link and developer mode is blockeed in parental settings?

You should ask your father to check that.

Parental supervision settings 

Unblocking  those settings in parental controls only work if you are 13+,  child accounts(10-12) can't use pc link.

Please could you firstly remove any unsupported third-party accessories.

Then please try to reboot the headset by holding down the power button and volume down button for 30 seconds until you hear the boot up sound.

If you do not hear the boot up sound, please get back to us and we have some additional steps for you to follow.
