Cant Use Controller while on the first setup page

Hi in need help i just got my meta quest 3s and when i first turned it on i only saw blackscreen but could hear something after some factory resets later it still didnt work so i found out if i quickly press the power button two timnes i sometimes get the setup screen but i cant use my controllers to navigate to the blue button to start the setup menu pls helpScreenshot 2025-02-06 205550.jpg

@EinBrotKopf  take it back to where you bought it and get a replacement that works.

@EinBrotKopf  you see that white dot near the middle of the screen, it's the head cursor, which you can use to point at objects. Move your head round 'til the pointer is hovering over the blue setup button and then press the volume button to select it.

It doesnt work the setup and the dot Moves  with the head So i cant select it 

@EinBrotKopf  the dot is supposed to move with the head, that's how you use it as a cursor.

the Menu is moving to but im gonna try it again when im home again 

@EinBrotKopf  if the menu is headlocked to the headset and you're not able to look round, then there may be an issue with one of the cameras.

When im home im gonna make a video and post it 

would the device info be helpful to figure out a solution?

and the controllers just blink and vibrate

@EinBrotKopf  I think that's the controllers trying to set up as you can't get to the pair controllers yet they just keep doing it. Are you able to move the head cursor round?
