Just got quest 3s yesterday and tried to add payment option and keep getting same message. I have already tried resting the headset. I have tried adding payment option though the meta quest app. I have tried on the headset its self. On meta.com and on Facebook and with different web browsers and same bs. I have already tried different card. Crazy that this is a issue and looking online it seems like its been a issue for a lot of people for year. Rediculus that buy a headset and cant buy any games on it and that it looks like this has been a issue for years. I talked to someone on live chat and live chat was hard to even find last night. I talked for like a hour they didnt really do much. They said I should get a email. I got a email today saying its fixed and no problems. Yet still getting same message. Fix your stuff this is unexpectible issue and to get a message saying its fixed when its not. I only got quest 3 for a few games has most can be played on my psvr2 and after this not sure if I will get a quest 4 or 5 etc later on. My case number is #07444149 hope this doesn't take weeks to fix like some people have had. Just unbelievable.
